Course Introduction:

AgilePM Foundation is designed for professionals who want to understand Agile principles and techniques and it was updated to version 3 in November 2024. This globally recognised certification now emphasises leadership, collaboration and delivering valuable project outcomes, equipping you with the knowledge to contribute effectively to Agile teams.

The course will help you to:

• Understand Agile principles, the Agile Manifesto, and Business Agility 
• Learn how agility helps navigate VUCA challenges

• Gain knowledge of Scrum values, roles, events, and artefacts

• Understand how Scrum integrates with Agile project management

• Explore Agile project lifecycle phases and team responsibilities

• Learn Agile leadership principles and effective stakeholder interactions

• Develop collaboration, communication, and risk management skills

• Learn Agile governance, compliance, and regulatory assurance

At the end of the course (usualy day 4 in the morning) delegates can take the official AgilePM® Foundation exam. If in a later stage delegates want to take the official AgilePM® Practitioner exam they will have to have passed for the AgilePM® Foundation exam. The course consists of a mix of theory and practical exercises. Most of the exercises will be done in small groups.
